• Aspen is for unknown fears, for a child that isn’t able to put a description to what is worrying them. It also helps to break habits which is beneficial for children that are waking or not going to bed out of habit only.

• Chicory, also known as the child's essence, helps with a child that is clingy to a guardian or personal belongings. It also helps with independence with falling asleep on their own.

• Mimulus is for KNOWN fears - a child that worries about being in the dark, monsters under the bed or if they have had a nightmare previously.

• Red Chestnut is for children who are focused on having their guardian with them to fall asleep or who worry that something may happen to a loved one while sleeping. It is also helpful if a child has experienced a fright at nighttime.

• Scleranthus helps with decision making skills, helping children feel more confident that they do not repeatedly need to get out of bed at night. It is also helpful for older children that may be worried about tests or challenges.

• White Chestnut is amazing for sleep as it helps a busy mind switch off.

Each dose is 4 drops.

Can be taken under the tongue or in a little water and sipped. Take 4 times daily or as needed. Can be taken every 15 minutes if needed until relief is noticed.
