My Consultation Packages.

Helping people through their journey to wellness is always a blessing. For many, they have struggled to get answers or be heard previously, and I find pleasure in being that ear they need.

I created my packages as returning to health is not always a smooth, short journey. For those who require only a single consultation; I offer this, but for more complex, chronic or multiple needs a package may help. These provide more in-depth guidance, follow ups and availability for encouragement whenever needed.

Single Consultation

An in-depth discussion on your health and goals. Includes all body systems and emotional needs, a blood pressure check.

An individualised wellness plan is created which contains recommendations for correcting imbalances and restoring any deficiencies.

Wellness Reset

This package includes 2 follow ups.

This benefits those who need adjustments to their wellness plan as their health or symptoms change.

Follow ups to be completed within 12 months of the initial consultation.

Transformation Package

This package includes 4 follow up consultations as well as email contact for guidance as needed.

Follow ups can be completed either online or in person and need to be completed within 18 months of the initial consultation.

VIP Wellness Journey

For those serious about their health or with a lifelong medical need, this package includes 6 follow up consultations and support as needed.

Being able to adapt as changes happen with any further needs covered for up to 2 years, this package is the very best for helping reach your goals.
